The recruiting world is wild. It is very hard to source candidates but it is even harder to do it effectively.
Reading resumes can be frustrating since it requires a lot of manual work.
What makes the above even harder is the fact that there is no standard in resume templates so every single resume requires “mind adjustment” and takes much more time than necessary.

The Mission:
The mission of the product is to help both sides to overcome the bureaucratic process of writing and reading resumes, make them look better and more effective, save time (and money) by making the sourcing process more efficient.

Goals

• Create a new standard for resumes.

• Create a relative advantage over the other services and offer the possibility to produce a high-quality profile in a very simple way without any skills.

• Produce a resume format that meets the requirements of the market.

• Improve candidate chances to get the desired job.
